Challenges & Key Issues
Production output was previously monitored and recorded manually, creating a strong dependency on operators for data entry and reporting. This also made production recap and actual-versus-target monitoring more time-consuming.

Production data is automatically updated and integrated with the actual production system, while the dashboard provides real-time visualization of line conditions, production progress, and actual versus target performance.
