Before implementing SimpleStock, PT Thetaindo relied heavily on manual stock cards, manual inventory updates, and time-consuming stocktaking activities. Item searching was inefficient, LIFO execution was not consistently followed, and warehouse movements were difficult to validate systematically. These conditions increased the risk of stock discrepancies and incorrect shipments to customers.

Implemented Solution

The system enables RFID traceability, QR-based location tracking, mass scanning for faster search and stock opname, automated LIFO validation, and PO-based outbound verification to ensure the correct items are prepared and dispatched.
