Truck inspection, weighing records, loading queues, and loading time were previously managed manually. Driver identity could also differ from the assigned driver, creating additional validation risks. These manual processes made truck operations more difficult to track, slowed loading coordination, and limited visibility of actual truck and operator activity.

Ravelware implemented a Smart Fleet / Truck Management System integrating digital checksheets, RFID-based driver validation, weighing data, FIFO queue management, and loading activity monitoring. Truck conditions are recorded digitally through an iPad-based checksheet, while RFID validates the assigned driver. Weighing data is captured through a controller and integrated directly into the system. Truck queues are managed using FIFO, while RFID and the operator application record truck arrival, loading dock activity, and loading duration automatically.
